NOTE: Pursuant to A.R.S. 6-908(C) an applicant may not take the mortgage broker test more than four (4) times within a twelve (12) month period.
Location:
Tests are held at 100 North 15th Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85007. DIFI's main guest parking has a maximum parking allowance of 2 hours. To avoid any tickets please park in the overflow lots located on the east end of the building parking garage OR the northeast corner of 15th Avenue and West Adams Street.
To Register:
- You must submit your request for an exam appointment at least 5 business days prior to the exam date.
- Send an email to [email protected]
- In the subject line enter “Mortgage Broker Exam”
- In the body of the email please advise the date you would like to take the exam.
- Attach a PDF copy of your OnCourse Arizona 24-Hour Mortgage Broker Course completion certificate. The course must have been passed within the last 3 years.
- The Department will respond to your email confirming your mortgage broker exam date and time.
Day of test:
You must bring the following items:
- A $50.00 check or money order (cash and credit cards are not accepted) payable to AZ-DIFI.
- A government issued picture ID.
- A non-database type financial calculator, at least two #2 pencils (sharpened) and an eraser. The Department will furnish all test materials including scratch paper. A CALCULATOR WILL NOT BE PROVIDED FOR YOU.
- If you do not bring the items above you will be unable to test and will have to reschedule for the next available exam.
